An Opportunity has arisen for an additional Reception Administrator to join our Charlotte Keel Medical Practice Team.
BrisDoc provides a number of healthcare services for the NHS including GP Out of Hours, Daytime GP Practices in Broadmead Medical Centre, Northville Family Practice, Bishopston Medical Practice, Charlotte Keel Medical Practice and the Homeless Health Service; and an Acute GP team based in two Bristol Acute Hospital Trusts. We pride ourselves on being a fantastic place to work, somewhere that you will feel valued, supported, developed and part of a family. We strive to make sure every member of the team feels proud of the work they do and the service that we offer to our patients.
At Charlotte Keel, we have a growing patient population of over 17,000 patients. Our practice is at the vibrant & colourful heart of Bristol’s inner city, serving a population from all corners of the world and from all walks of life. Our largest ethnic minority groups come from the Caribbean, the Asian subcontinent and Somalia and we increasingly see people from a huge range of countries. We serve patients who are settled, doing well in life and who seek help to ensure they remain in the very best of health; we also serve patients who are struggling with alcohol or drugs and seeking help to being piecing life together.
As a practice, we believe passionately in responding to all of our patients’ cultural & social agendas. We work closely with a broad & enthusiastic team to help us to do this. As well as the usual range of primary health care team members we have interpreters, drug project liaison workers, counsellors, and many other members in the wider team here.
We use EMIS web. Our team is enthusiastic and friendly and we place a strong emphasis on a supportive environment.
We are seeking to recruit additional reception administrators where successful candidates will have excellent customer service and team-working skills, and ideally have experience working in a busy, people-facing healthcare environment.
