BrisDoc Healthcare Services are looking to recruit independent prescribing pharmacists. This is a new role supporting patients, referred via NHS 111, with their repeat medication requests and advice, and supporting professionals and patients with medicines queries. Successful candidates will have a unique opportunity to shape and embed the role within the OOH clinical team.

We are now seeking to establish a pool of prescribing pharmacists to cover a 6hr period at weekends and bank holidays. You will work in our control room alongside our Clinical Co-ordinator / Professional Line GP as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, and will be supported by the Shift Manager, Host, and Workforce and Capacity Co-ordinators. We will ensure you have an induction supported by one of our senior clinicians.

- Periods of cover: 10:00 – 16:00hrs Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays.
- Remuneration: £35.00 per hour gross.
- Locations: Based in South Bristol
You will work on a self-employed basis which gives you the flexibility to offer us shifts as and when it suits you.
