Come and be part of a developing and forward-thinking NHS Service in Bristol
An exciting opportunity has arisen within BrisDoc. We are seeking a Lead GP to lead the Charlotte Keel Medical Practice team in the vibrant Bristol Inner City Centre, due to a retirement from this role. This role gives you the opportunity to be an autonomous leader who is highly supported by the BrisDoc leadership team, and become a representative on our energetic local PCN.
BrisDoc has been providing Integrated Urgent Care (operating 1830-0800 on weekdays and 24hrs at weekends and bank holidays) across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, serving a patient population of circa 900,000 people, for nearly 20 years. We also run two GP Practices: Charlotte Keel Medical Practice, located in the vibrant and colourful heart of Bristol’s inner city; Broadmead Medical Centre, located in Bristol City Centre (which also has a nurse-led walk-in service); as well as the Homeless Health Service in Bristol. Alongside these services BrisDoc also provides a GP support service, based in Osprey Court and Southmead Hospital. These services help avoid hospital admissions
Charlotte Keel Medical Practice is a training practice covering 17,000 patients, providing care to a diverse mix of patients including BAME, students and young families.
You will be part of a proactive team of dedicated, experienced professionals and you will be involved with the future design and development of the practice in house and within our local PCN and Locality. You will also work closely with the BrisDoc Senior Leadership team.
If you share our passion for providing first class patient and workforce care, and have a keen desire to lead practice development, and to develop your own leadership and management skills, we would love to hear from you.
