BrisDoc Healthcare Services are looking for an experienced GP to join our friendly team and take a leadership role across 2 of our practices – Northville Family Practice and Bishopston Medical Practice.
Based in Bristol, a thriving City, regularly voted as one of the top places to live in the UK with buoyant art, music, sport and leisure activities and a diverse and vibrant community.
Northville Family Practice is a surgery with a real community feel, it has over 5500 registered patients from a range of ethnic backgrounds and a demographic mix of young families and students, as well as more vulnerable adults; and an elderly cohort with long term conditions. The practice was recently rated as ‘good’ in all areas of criteria by CQC with particular praise for our “clear leadership” and “focus on continuous learning and improvement at all levels”.
At Bishopston, we have a growing patient population of over 10,200 patients, primarily serving, students, young families and professionals with 8% of patients being over 65. We use EMIS web. Our team is enthusiastic and friendly and we place a strong emphasis on a supportive environment and continuing professional development.
We are hoping to merge the 2 practices in the future and have a consistent senior leadership team across the 2 sites.
