We are a dynamic practice with an eclectic mix of 10,450 patients. We provide services to people of all ages with a greater emphasis on students, young families, homeless and more vulnerable people.. We provide a supportive environment with daily, protected time for peer discussions. Our nursing team are excellent and flexible and provide a massive contribution to patient care. All of our nurses are prescribers
Home visiting is rare so we are cycle-friendly but also have secure car parking.
We have been runners up in a BMA ‘best practice team’ award and have an ‘outstanding’ CQC award for our care of vulnerable people.
This post is for a fixed term until Oct 19 and can start immediately
- Hours: part-time (24 hours on average per week, approx. 6 sessions) to include Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (8hrs per day), this will include 2 x improved access slots (12:00 -20:00 per month) other shifts will finish at 18:30. Hours are worked to a 4 week rolling pattern giving a predictable rota to which you can fit your daily life and other commitments.
