BrisDoc’s 2018 staff opinion survey was sent out to all employed members of staff across BrisDoc’s services. With over 200 responses (our best response rate yet!), we have gathered a wealth of information on what we are doing well, the things you love about BrisDoc as well as things you are less satisfied with and areas you feel we can improve on. With so much rich feedback it will take some time to sort through all the data and make some action plans but in the meantime here are a few headline results we would like to share:

99.5% of you say you enjoy working at BrisDoc

83% of you say that overall you are satisfied working at BrisDoc and the role you perform

98% of you feel proud of the work you do
