As a growing healthcare provider in the Bristol region, we are seeking a Deputy Rota Team Manager to join our team.
BrisDoc provides a number of healthcare services for the NHS including Severnside Integrated Urgent Care, Daytime GP Practices in Broadmead Medical Centre and Charlotte Keel Medical Practice and the Homeless Health Service.

This role will be a challenging and fulfilling step for anyone interested in a career in healthcare management and presents a fabulous opportunity to gain operational management experience. The Deputy Rota Team manager role has been created to support the rota team manager and work closely with the wider Rota Team, the Deputy will lead on designated aspects of rota creation and problem-solving, support the training and supervision of Rota Administrators, and act as a key point of contact for clinical and non-clinical colleagues on rota-related matters.
The candidates will have excellent communication and IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel), have high attention to detail, an ability to organise and to prioritise time sensitive tasks as well as motivated to provide excellent patient and staff care.
- Hours: 37.5 hours on average per week.
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term 24 month Contract
- Salary / Rates of pay: £33,493.43 (pro rata) / Starting at £17.13 per hour

- Locations: Primarily based in Osprey Court although expected to attend various bases within Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
