For a number of years, BrisDoc has been an aspiring Real Living Wage Employer. One who makes sure that every member of the team receives a wage inline with the ‘real’ cost of living.

We believe the minimum wage and the government’s ‘Living Wage’ isn’t enough to cover the basic cost of living. Thats why we pay, as a minimum, an independently assessed, voluntary rate known as the Real Living Wage. This rate is calculated each year and is announced by the Living Wage Foundation. It is currently £9.90 in the UK.
