Today marks a very special moment for BrisDoc. As of 8:00 AM this morning, we have officially transitioned to our new patient management system, CLEO, across all of our Integrated Urgent Care services.
This milestone is much more than just a system upgrade—it represents our commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality, and future-ready healthcare for the communities of Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. For over two decades, BrisDoc has proudly delivered cared for the one million patients across our area, and today’s launch of CLEO demonstrates our continued dedication to innovation and excellence.
Why CLEO? CLEO will significantly enhance the experience for both patients and our people. Its seamless integration with key healthcare platforms, including EMIS, Connecting Care, and Sesui, means our clinicians will have timely access to crucial information, enabling quicker decisions and better outcomes. Streamlined workflows will also allow our teams to spend more time focusing on what matters most: our patients.
