As you may be aware, November 15th marked the start of Self Care Week.
This is a national awareness campaign run by the Self Care Forum. The aim of the week is for people-facing organisations (such as GP surgeries, CCGs, pharmacies, dentists, local authorities and the voluntary and community sector), to use it as a focus to increase people’s ability to self care and improve their levels of health literacy. Below is some further information from the BrisDoc website.

Health and wellbeing remains of utmost importance to us, and never more so with the current unrelenting challenges we face. Whilst self-care week is aimed at us encouraging and supporting self-care of our patients, it also serves as a timely reminder of the need for us to look after ourselves and each other.
