Stoptober is back for its eighth year to help smokers break the habit of a lifetime. Trying to quit smoking can be one of the hardest things to do, but with the right amount of support and advice, you can do it!
Stoptober is a 28 day long event run each October during which participants are encouraged to stop smoking. The event is based on evidence that shows that after twenty eight days without a cigarette smokers are as much as five times more likely to give up smoking for good.
