BrisDoc is passionate about supporting the development of individuals and are delighted to be a learning organisation. Being a learning organisation enables us to grow together and share our skills and knowledge to make a positive impact and grow as a team.

As part of our commitment to Patient and Workforce Care, BrisDoc not only runs a Work Experience programme for school-age students, we also support a number of individuals in additional studies (e.g. post-graduate level qualifications) as part of their professional development.

Currently, we have some team members who are engaged in (or soon to be engaged in) these types of courses. We have also agreed to support some university students (who do not work at BrisDoc) with their studies using BrisDoc as their ‘case study’. In both cases, individuals are often required to perform some research (e.g. as part of a dissertation).
